What is Asthma?
The term Asthma, is referring to a condition which affect badly on people's respiration, especially in the Lungs. In the lungs, there were breathing tubes, which called Bronchial. Some of the Bronchial (breathing tubes) went narrow, and make the airspace of the tubes more limited. Some of the people have Asthma, because the airways in the lungs of themselves are very sensitive. This can cause the difficulties of breathing. The happening of Asthma maybe sudden sometimes.
What happens to the body when asthma occurs?
Asthma attack may interrupts your normal routine anytime, this need extra medications to stop the attacks. When Asthma occurs, some of your Bronchial will increase mucus, the airways of the tube became lesser and lesser. This can cause someone hard to breathe. The muscles in the airway of the tubes will tightened during the Asthma attack. This can also cause the airways become lesser and smaller.
Symptoms of Asthma:2) Chest tightened,
3) Chest discomfort,
4) Coughing
5) Poor performances on sports, etc.
Prevention & Treatment
- Be active without having asthma symptoms.
- Participate fully in exercise and sports.
- Sleep all night, without asthma symptoms.
- Attend school or work regularly.
- Have the clearest lungs possible.
- Have few or no side-effects from asthma medications.
- Have no emergency visits or stays in the hospital.
Exercise and Diet is very important for Asthma. Exercising such as Swimming, can give you more endurance, and it can tolerate well for people who is having Asthma. Some of the diets and foods can go and protect against Asthma, such as fruits and vegetables, and also vitamins. A diet with a high level nutrients can boost your immune systems and help to prevent flu, colds, and Asthma Triggers.
