Aerobic Exercise is referring to a type of exercise which needs energy. Our bodies will need and use the glucose, and fat (as fuel) when we are doing exercises. The carbon dioxide is expelled from our bodies, as we breathe in heavily, after doing exercise.

Anaerobic Exercise is referring to a type of exercise which oxygen is not present in the exercise itself. The Glucose in our bodies is used as fuel, when we are doing Anaerobic exercise. Our body will build up lactic acid when we are doing anaerobic exercise, which give us discomfort and fatigue at sustained levels.
